Kelly Harkins Kincaid has BA, MA and PhD degrees in anthropology and is currently running two genetics companies: Claret Bioscience LLC and Astrea Forensics LLC. She is the only woman in an executive leadership role within the company's six sister companies. Kelly will talk about living on the edge of her own comfort zone in order to perform in this role. She will also talk about moving from academia to industry and the challenges she faced making that transition.
