The Baskin Engineering Inclusive Excellence Hub provides access and academic excellence to historically underrepresented students through high impact practices and initiatives, changing the climate, and supporting faculty to implement innovative ideas for inclusive pedagogy. We strive to provide technology and engineering workforce with a diverse cohort of employees because a diverse workplace creates a range of ideas, added value, and excellence.
